Highly recommended in my experience. Story: A self-levelling Polymer-Enhance-Cement (PEC) was lain in my garage floor in preparation for an epoxy-coat finish. Unfortunately the PEC application may have had slightly too much water content?- and suffered a moderate quantity of cracking caused by shrinkage and some isolated issues bonding to the substrate. Faced with two choices - strip the very expensive PEC and start again, or attempt to enhance the PEC, I began to search for potential repair products - Enter Epirez 123. I cut out the small isolated areas of PEC that had not bonded to the substrate and roughed up the substrate ready for a patch repair mortar. I then mixed up the Epirez 123 as per this video and gravity-applied it over the many hairline cracks some about half a mm thick, some virtually imperceivable to the eye. Capillary action 'sucked' the Epirez 123 into all of the cracks with ease. It was clear that the cracks were absorbing the epoxy because even where epoxy had not been squirted, the cracks adjacent would turn a dark 'epoxy' colour for about 10mm beyond the epoxy application even for the finest of cracks. I also applied the product around the joints between the edge of the PEC and the substrate for the areas that I had cut out to stall further 'curling' away from the substrate. The product was reassuringly expensive, usefully slow at hardening and very low viscosity (as described) to allow the cracks to absorb the product. The bond strength also seems to be very high bonding to smooth substrate easily. After the application had hardened (24hrs) I could immediately notice the enhanced structural strength of my PEC floor. I filled the cut out areas again with a suitable polymer enhanced mortar and the whole floor is noticeably more 'solid' with no more hollow sounds wherever I tap. The Epirez 123 has done a fine job saving the floor from a costly re-application, I am content to coat the floor in epoxy as planned and park my vehicles upon it once fully cured. Thanks Epirez 123.

Can you show a close up example of what the crack repair looks like?
