The more I see this the more I feel like we Indians have incorporated all these amazing foods into our diets in a palatable form. Dr Greger should look into Indian cuisine

I just add pumpkin or apple pie spice blend, turmeric and black pepper to my oatmeal and I add cumin to my salad dressing. Easy, yummy, and eaten with real food.

Interesting, that works! I personally put turmeric and Dash seasoning which has many herbs/spices, in my food daily. However, I definitely want to add the other ones, might put them in smoothies and this edible film as a last resort :) Btw, will you ever do a video where you go into a bit about yourself and your story? Would be cool to finally put a face/story to your soothing voice :)

Any good brands for turmeric and amla powders, so many out there, sometimes it's hard to pick a good one, without nasties. Thank you!

They all go in my smoothies. I don’t taste them.

Is something we don't taste can be used for our food? Even if you don't question this, are there studies that show how ingredients in this concoction react together? I don't think so.

4 lbs of spice mix will give you 634 teaspoons roughly.

Haha, I have no problem with the flavors of any of those supplements :) I realize now how fortunate I am. I'll think about getting some potato starch sheets for the family in the future.

I can't find any of these edible films for $0.02 per piece. The only thing I could find was Blate Papes Edible Film Pouches, 120 for $19.99 or about $0.17/Count. Sounds like these are what he is using becuase he says it's made of potato starch and it's a little cone.

Where can I buy these pot starch pouches in UK?

Thank you, PBL! Going to have to listen again and pay better attention as I was making breakfast while listening, but this does sound like an intriguing idea! Excited for the upcoming How Not To Age book, looks like it's going to be released in December of this year! 😊
