When Mormon Missionaries go home early

Why is this a thing? This makes zero sense.

A lot of the missionaries go home early if they are caught acting homosexual. They are then sent to byu to undergo a shock therapy treatment designed by dallin oaks, aka Ol' Sparky.

Good point "The devil will not support his childrens at the last day" in this case.... the church is the devil... I was a missionary in salt lake ( I am from Uruguay and steel leave in Uruguay now) and have seen many good guys... wonderfull man and woman mentally sufering because they didnt feel good as they president want them to be...I can t explain it

As I've said before, after a lifetime of membership I've come to believe that at least 95% of young missionaries out there are there due primarily to social pressure, as opposed to any actual personal convictions / burning desires. And the subtle and open social pressure is beyond notable . . . from parents, grandparents, teachers, neighbors, girlfriends, girlfriends' parents, etc., etc., etc. Then when they find out what they've gotten themselves into, a huge percentage of them bail, or want to bail.
