Such beautifully clear and well pronounced instructions in a calm voice, and they were perfectly matched to the actions you were doing at the same time. No distracting music, no extraneous babbling. Best of all? You went to the inconvenience of working upside down from your own perspective so we viewers could see the working view we’ll have when braiding our own challah.
