I agree it's too much all you need to say for the mr is vickers and cunningham and that should be enough. I know i put way too many cases in my answers but realistically 1 or 2 should be enough

i have no idea what Emily Owston is talking about and to be honest i dont think she does either; This answer is far to vague to gain any sort of recognition. Actus reus needs to be elaborated, factual causation- "but for test" cases such as White (1910) and pagget need to be used. Legal causation must also be spoken of, which is the operating and substancial cause of death which must be above the minimum. you would then have to look for and assess things such as victims own actions and their cases such as Roberts as well as Williams, take your victim as you find him must then be applied (is relevant) through the case of Blaue.
Novus Actus interveniens is another thing that you have not spoken about. At the moment this answer and style of approach is not even obtaining an E grade as so much content is infact missing

missed the entirety of the chain of causation, factual and legal and possible breaks to be applied to the scenario; a huge chunk of the answer. Impossible to get an A (maybe even a B) without discussion of this

This is a great revision resource but it's way too much to write in an actual answer, especially when you need to apply it to the actual problem. There's no way anyone could write this, do a half decent application and come out with a decent mark. Sorry, but it's just me being realistic. The notes need to be condensed because there's not enough time to write all of this.

Please delete your youtube channel, why do you feel the need to prove the defendant was a human being. It should be applied to the Victim considering the law would have only been broken because they suffered the criminal consequence. Furthermore you said the actus reus would be the 'unlawful killing' but it is more than that 'it is the unlawful killing of a human being under the (King's or Queens) peace' not just the 'unlawful killing' you failed to establish causation which without, frankly, makes it near impossible to apply. Express malice aforethought isn't a thing, it is just express intent. A lot of your application is crap to say the least, this is not a model answer, it is far from it. Please stop hindering the education and success of others by providing false information. I hope to never stumble across your youtube channel again. Please let me know what you got in A level law, if you're going to say anything above a C, I don't want to hear it cause I know you'll be lying.
