Captain Sandy says Captain Lee has ‘never supported me’ after his forged document remarks

Below Deck Med's Captain Sandy Yawn responds to Captain Lee Rosbach's remarks about her role in the Ruan Irving document controversy. Captain Lee asserted that the responsibility for verifying crew members falls on the captain, specifically Captain Sandy. In a recent interview Captain Sandy addressed Captain Lee's comments. She expressed pride in her achievements and shrugged off Captain Lee's opinion. Despite their feud, both captains will appear at Bravo Con in November for "The Oh Captain, Our Captains" panel, marking their first in-person encounter since their dispute began.

Captain Lee got Sandy to take over HIS boat. He could’ve replaced her if he didn’t like the job she was doing. Instead she remained on the boat. Telling her she was the Captain and do what needed to be done. That’s support !!!
Don’t think her was looking at anything other than she was capable of getting the job done. That says a lot.
Captain Lee could have chosen anyone to take over but he chose Sandy. That says he had great confidence in her abilities.
How much more can one say great things about another without being mushy or someone screaming sexual harassment.
This is just a childish play at attacking someone over gender.

Hold the captain doesn't hire the crew members who are going to be working under them who in the hell I don't buy that BS excuse for her not doing her job as captain.

Honestly I am so sick of Sandy. She sees a man's world every time she is told she messed up. Its the only world she can live in. She WANTS to fight in a man's world much more than accepting she is wrong.

They both stink as real captains. And Sandy only drives the boat about 20% of the time. All staged for TV.

I can't stand sandy anymore. She is always walking around the boat to follow the cameras. All the other captains don't push themselves like her. If that is what she said about Captain lee she is a complete ahole. She is so unpredictable. The rules seem to change constantly. It's hard to tell what she wants from them. Its all over. Plus she may not even know the whole story of an issue and starts screaming about it instead of talking. Like she fired hannah. But she kept that one alcoholic deck hand that was drinking during a charter. Its a lot of screaming, hugging, and then back to threating to fire everyone and then she starts crying. Ugh.

Sandy has gotten a big head from being on the show. Always trying to be on camera. She isn't calm and steady during stressful situations. Annoying.

Capt lee can be hard on folks but you never see him doing dishes or helping deck like sandy does. I realize he can’t now but he was in good shape when the first episode of below deck aired in 2014 I think it was. He seems to be good at threatening people. Telling crew they can’t go out on their Evening off is not ok. It’s not prison, it pisses me off! I really do love capt jason he helps clean poop water and whatever needs to be done! Sandy helps too . I think Mitch capt lee that’s the problem here. I love the capt from below deck adventure as well

I agree with captain Sandy I think he is chauvinistic and I don’t see why everybody loves him because I wanna times I’ve seen him just sit back and do nothing. He loses his temper a lot yeah but that doesn’t make him a great captain. And he should’ve kept his mouth shut. He wasn’t there. He didn’t have to handle the situation she did and she did it well, he said a couple of things about her when she took over for him like oh at least, she got some thing right that’s very dismissive and diminutive. She’s a fellow captain meanwhile, what does he do? Lol mumbles and grumbles, but doesn’t really do anything he just give you ultimatums, and everybody has the dance around to his tune, but when push comes to shove, there was a lot of things he let walk by and didn’t do anything Sandy on the other hand goes the other way, telling everybody how wonderful they can be, and blah blah blah all in sincerity, so, but I think she handled that paper thing with that guy and the agency should’ve check that out before sending this guy to her there’s a lot of things that could happen but she handled it and he should keep his big mouth shut

I like Capt Sandy. Capt Lee is just pissed he's too old and they don't want him in the show anymore. Stop attacking Capt Sandy and just be happy to have your couch show with wanna be celebrity Kate. Retire gracefully already.
