Hello sir ihad c section before 4 years ago. For 1 year I am doing exercises and lost 5 kg overall. But tha ain thing is I want flat belly and slim thigh which I didn't get till now. What exercises are best for me, pls make video with whole sets which I can follow only. I am a your subscriber and regular follower.
