You're absolutely right! They consider it a small problem among the movement. But, not only that, the pastors don't apply the same criticism to themselves. Jimenez is (most likely) referring to 1. the people that have been kicked out. 2. The people online who act like idiots. I don't believe he's made the connection that the 'jerk' mentality extends to his pastor friends! By the way Jimenez, the 'secret formula' is walking in the flesh and over-use of the reprobate doctrine. You can't simply deem everyone you want to be a jerk to as reprobate so you can justify hating the brethren. God will judge you for that.

The followers are following the examples set by the leaders -change needs to start at the top. The New IFB is NOTHING in Gods eyes according to 1 Cor 13. I was drawn to NIFB because I feel they are more biblically correct and because they seem more masculine in how they express themselves.

AMEN!!! Oh, this is exactly the video I needed to see and something that has been on my mind for a while. This is one thing I can't stand with these New IFB preachers like Roger Jimenez, Bruce Mejia, Steven Anderson, and others.

They are not preaching with love or grace, it seems like an excuse to just spew out what they really think. I connected with a chat room that had Anderson followers chatting with other christians, and I cannot repeat the stuff they were calling each other.

Is this really how Christ has called us to be? You are exactly right, we find no where in God's word to preach like this, or to treat a fellow brother in Christ like this.

What we need is charity (love) I'd just like to leave this scripture here

WOW...it's strange in a sense to say this about the matter, but it is a *BLESSING* that you posted this up brother! The repeated comments from users like myself seem to bounce off the *DEAF EARS* with these people. I almost am afraid to scroll down and see the *40 COMMENTS* up to the time of this posting, for fear some of their fan boys/girls will have weighed in, *ONLY* to solidify what you just posted!

With Roger noting that he *HAS* seen and *IS AWARE* of this, that tells me he *DOES* read thru the comments! One issue I have with that too, is you will *NEVER* hear them call out these people, nor are they *BLOCKED* or censored (like me on his channel and others). They not only bask in the praise of men in the comment section, but become complicit themselves in the unChristlike behavior exhibited by much of their fan base. Even guys like Brucey out in LA where he will even add an *LOL* after one of his fan boys makes a hateful, foul comment. It's quite sickening to say the least.

I would describe the New IFB this way: They know scripture but don’t know the author. A lot of them know and teach doctrine and spread the gospel effectively, but they lack character, humility, and compassion. It’s a real shame

Jesus tells us "By their fruit we will know them." I followed them when l was brand new...and my spirit was constantly grieved. I was first Born Again before l started reading the Bible. John 3:3, 5. I was constantly crying out to God and asking why there was soo much hatred and division. Thankfully l kept reading abd studying Scripture and became Reformed. Still have occasional nightmares about them. A true Christian loves. I told many of the women l was Reformed and there was "No Love." They turned away in hatred. I didnt do that to them. This is an excellent video. Needed to be said. Christian's should show love to one another and to the unbelievers.
Sometimes speaking Biblical truth to an unbeliever even in kindness is seen as hateful. I once worked with a Physician who was a self proclaimed atheist. He was raised Islamic. We were discussing politics and I was talking about the evils of the NWO and "One World Religion". He said he thought the answer might be found in Global Government or a single religion. I told him there was only one God and the only path to Salvation was through Jesus. He recoiled in horror that I believed that and to him that was heresy and offensive. Imagine if I had added to that shrieking and reprobate labeling. I can only pray that I planted a seed. But I certainly would have failed had I spoken with cruelty. I did not compromise my beliefs but I remained kind.

Love thy neighbour is a doctrine!!! The only comment you made that I disagree with is that love is more important than doctrine. Sound doctrine is the only thing that produces true love! The new IFB has left sound doctrine for pride and self glory. Don't let the pseudo love of liberalism take you in the other direction. What you say is true. Not only true in general but Scriptural. I wonder how in the world these proud and arrogant pastors can resolve this? They have made so many videos condemning others and calling them out by name, labeling them as reprobate and unsaved. They have dug themselves into a hole they won't be able to climb out of easily or gracefully.

Why does the "NIFB" create "jerks?" Well it's simple... men like S.L. Anderson preach and teach a false Gospel and a false Christ.

Let me demonstrate the insanity of NIFB teaching.

NIFB pastors will tell you that if you claim belief in Jesus, your ticket is punched. Is God sanctifying you? No. Are you being conformed to the image of Christ? No. Are you living in greater sin now than you ever where before? Yes. Don't worry about it, you prayed a prayer one time so you're definitely saved. All that sanctification stuff is just optional. Eph 2:10? That's optional too.

The same NIFB pastors will also tell you that basically any doctrine that ISN'T NIFB doctrine is heresy and will send you straight to hell. Dispensational? Heresy, straight to hell. Pre-trib? Heresy, straight to hell. Calvinist? Heresy, straight to hell. Are you using a Bible that isn't the King James? Heresy, straight to hell. Do you believe you must repent of your sins to turn to Christ? Heresy, straight to hell. Do you believe that if you're truly born again, good works will flow from a new heart? Heresy, straight to hell.

I mean, according to people like Steven Anderson if I've prayed a prayer and I claim to have accepted Christ as my saviour then I'm 100% guaranteed saved and nothing can change that. I could become the next Joel Osteen and it shouldn't matter because I prayed a prayer, right? There's literally no basis for identifying a false conversion within the NIFB cult because they view sanctification as basically optional, and attempting to examine fruit or evidence of salvation is shouted down as "works based salvation".

The false doctrine of the New IFB is the source of their "jerk" problem. As you may know, Anderson is a Jack Hyles clone, and when I was at Hyles-Anderson College between 1979 and 1984, that place was full of people just like them. The difference is back then there was no internet and YouTube to make them famous. I thought the Hyles movement would fade away after the multiple scandals it produced, but Anderson and his cronies have given it new life.

I used the same point in my text message to him.

Hello, this is Kristopher Byrne. I believe we ought to live peaceably with all men as much as we can and that people will know that we are Jesus' disciples by how we love one another. I'm sure you are a very busy man on Sundays, but Sunday is my only day off and I was hoping we might be able to set aside a time to talk things through. I'm sorry if that sounded like I wanted to have some doctrinal conversation or something, that's not what I meant. It appears to me that a lot of what was said and done was misunderstood. So that's what I meant, but maybe you don't want to talk about that either. I'm not going to lie to you or apologize about what I believe or how I feel. I can how ever say that certain things I said were uncalled for and that it was inappropriate behavior when I put it out for public viewing, instead of saying nothing all together or talking to you directly. That, I can honestly say I was wrong for doing and I do apologize. It was never my intent to cause division or turn people against you.


They care more about their pet doctrines than they do about unity in the body.
I wasn't even going to bother trying to make peace because I didn't think it would make a difference since I felt Anderson's heart had been hardened.
A brother who I respected convinced me to take the high ground, I attempted to, but unfortunately I was correct and it made no difference.
So he Anderson just went on social media and spread lies about me and called me an unsaved infiltrating Judas.
