I've got to say, after my experience in an internship, I realized how time-consuming catching up with emails and calendar updates can be. Like, no wonder it's so stressful - it's getting in the way of the real work of the day!
On that note, that's why I like your productivity videos so much. I learn something new again even if I've seen the video several times months before.
