Do you need to wait u till your stalks are browning before cutting them off? Mine are still a little green. Also, what's the best way to save them? Which is the optimal way to save the seeds...baggies, paper envelopes, vacuum sealing, freezing? Thank you for your help.

When you buy rainbow chard variety seeds from seed sellers are they actually seeds from multiple separate plants or does a single plant produce seeds that will grow into many colours?

So we let them dry on there first? I see mine has bolted and has green little...things all over em. Assuming the seeds. But that's why i came here.
