Crispy Salmon Salad! A healthy delicious recipe for everyone with a Get Fit / Healthy / lose weight New Years Resolution. Time to hit all your goals.
I love crispy salmon skin and the skin itself if filled with a bunch of nutrients. If you prefer it without the skin you can do the same thing and it’ll be great.

4oz Salmon filet skin on
Kosher salt
1 Tsp Aleppo Lemon Pepper rub* optional*
Olive oil
2 cups arugula
1 cucumber sliced
1 carrot sliced
5 cherry tomatoes
1 cup broccoli florets
Dressing :
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of cumin

Brush salmon filet with olive oil and coat it all over with salt and (Optional Aleppo lemon pepper ) place it onto a sheet tray with a rack skin side up. Cook in 450 oven for 4 min then turn on the top broiler. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. It should cook for about another 3-4 min or until the skin is bubbly and crispy.
Remove it from the oven.

Place all salad and dressing ingredients into bowl and mix. Top with crispy skin salmon and enjoy!
