They’re not eating properly . They’re not sleeping. They’re always on their phones looking at social media 24/7 .

Social Media, no real friends, antisocial behavior, bad eating habits, alcohol, stress and misinformation makes things harder.

I’m 36, and I’m just tired AF. I’m seriously wanting to take a week of PTO, go back to my parents house, lock myself in my old room and lay in the bed in complete silence.

This is just depressing, I'm 27 years old and I be going out seeing kids younger than me lookin like they're in their mid 30s.

31, people think I’m 25 regularly . I eat clean 70% of the time, sleep at least 6 hours, workout 5 times a week, and drink only water / black coffee, screen time 1.5 hours a day.

I notice kids even in middle school start their days off with Starbucks coffee. I never recall kids in the early 90s walking around with coffe cups in their hands all the time.

All These different drugs as well. Causing Gen Z's to age faster and also the foods are not as natural as it was when we were growing up.

I’m in my mid 40’s and have teenagers. I feel like I need to remind people that these kids were raised by us (generally speaking) so their problems exist because we allowed it. WE need to take responsibility for our own failings because these kids are NOT ok and we’re doing nothing about it.

She hit it right on the head, plus the drugs and drinking at an early age ain't helping.

I was born in 78, I am 45. Gen X men and women are not aging rapidly. A lot of things she said hit the nail on the head. Water is key. My mom made us drink all the water we were supposed to before we could get anything to drink. And yes, the water hose was life!😅

Stress, not always eating right and not getting enough sleep are some of the biggest ones

This is so true. I’m a millennial, I’m 35 but ppl think I’m in my 20s. And I see these kids out here in their 20s, but look like they’re in their 30s

My father was 97 looked like he was in his 50’s or 60’s didn’t eat out restaurant drank 1 glass of wine a day, drank plenty of water: he had all his teeth, his mind was sharp & he didn’t need a cane ; he lived a long life !

We drank water from the hose, always in the sun, we had humility, listened to select elders, didn’t play games all day. We ate vegetables.

I was born in the late 60's, this generation is simply moving too fast & doing too much.
Young people go back to the simple the drugs & alcohol.
