I just turned 50. Lived in CA most of my life. I've been fighting against this crap for a majority of that time since I had my first firearm at age 13. The adults at that time warned me that it would only get worse. Here we are, almost 40 years later. Well, I'm tired. I'm looking toward retirement and would like enjoy my 2A rights without having to drive 300 miles to the AZ desert to enjoy them. I'm taking my money and my guns elsewhere. Passing the torch to you younger folks. I will still fund and support orgs like FPC, etc, but as for engaging in all the politics, I'm done.

The reason the court didn't address the hunting license requirement is most likely because it wasn't challenged in the suit. They can't just get creative but have to stick to the points of law the suit is specifically challenging.

They need to get rid of 10 days wait period for current gun owner. It’s to prevent impulsive violence. That make some sense for new buyer, but how does that apply for currently responsible gun owner? Same goes for 1 gun per 30 days

Any licensure required to purchase or carry a firearm is a direct infringement of the 2nd ammendment

Good deal. Hopefully SCOTUS gives guidance on the analysis required before it goes before the en banc panel. It is silly that ones eligibility to buy from the CMP depends on state of residence.
