Wow can’t believe I didn’t think of this. I walked around the hardware store to see if I can find a very large compass but turns out there’s no such thing. So happy to have come across this video saved me money and time!!! Thank you 🙏🏾

David, this is awesome. I teach a beginning-level sculpture class and I've built several customized large compasses by drilling holes at various common lengths, but this method does away with all of the drilling and the rounding measurements to the nearest hole. Brilliant.

This idea was genius!! Thank you . I made a 50cm diameter with this on a 3mm wood board . Was able to cut it out, and looks perfect!!

thanks dude!  after watching 7 video's on how to draw a circle without a compass i've found yours.  all the others were basically just showing how to draw free hand, and if i could do that i wouldn't be here!

Thank you for this.  This helped me complete a task on current painting -- it was very easy.  Much easier than, for example, cutting out a stencil, etc.
