After unlocking every single equipment in every warbond, I agree Cutting Edge is the best. It gives you Blitzer (S tier bug weapon) and Punisher Plasma (S tier bot weapon). You also get the Sickle which is A tier against both factions. They are really game changers for me, and of course this is just my personal opinion after 250 hours with the game.

personal fav is detonation. who cares about anything else when you can blow every enemies to bits

if the upcoming fire change applies to the cripser and torcher, Freedoms Flame might be S tier.

Cutting Edge was #1 until they nerfed Sickle. After that, Steeled Veterans was #1 until they nerfed IE Breaker. Unfortunately they are both A class now and there is no "Best Warbond". Maybe Blitzer puts Cutting Edge into A+, but there is no S Tier anymore.
