NO-OIL-CURRY-CHICKEN🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:-
- Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, half tbsp each of turmeric, cumin powder, 3/4th tbsp chaat masala and 250 grams curd. Let it sit for 20 minutes at least.
- Heat a Kadhai and add in 5 grated onion along with its water followed by 2 tbsp each of ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander stems, 1 tbsp each of Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and half tbsp roasted cumin powder. Fry on high for 5 minutes then on medium for 7-8 minutes.
- Now add in the marinated chicken and fry on high for 8 minutes. Next add in 2.5 cups of water giving it a good mix and close the lid turning flame to low for 22 minutes checking and stirring in between. Lastly add in 4-6 slit green chillies and 1 lemon juice garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
