I love this, thank you! I’m new to this channel. I’m a mother of young children and a Christian (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints). I appreciate the reverence and devotion in the way these men talked about this sacred responsibility we have as parents. My three year old tests our patience sometimes, for sure…

We don't just show our children God's love, we also need to show them there are serious consequences for sin. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom too.

Hey 👋🏼 corporal punishment and getting screamed at as a child, teenager and adult did not let be confident of who I am in Christ, JESUS CHRIST. I am 53 years old and had mental disability problems and shouldn’t been severely punished, neither abused by family members and those who are not family members in the past. I have best and perfectly better not be hurt by people who are not Christians and people who are Christians, the unGodly and the Godly, the wicked and the righteous and RIGHTEOUS. Especially I must not be harmed coming by Godly people and others who are Refined and who are Divine.

Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. Proverbs 22:15

Thanks guys. What about the issue of spanking? That’s a prickly topic here in Australia.

We haven’t so far as a family...but I am questioning that decision. 😬

Almost 8 mins of empty talk because nobody mentioned these verses here:
Proverbs 23:13-14
New King James Version
13 Do not withhold correction from a child,
For if you beat him with a rod, he will not die.
14 You shall beat him with a rod,
And deliver his soul from [a]hell.

Proverbs 13:24
New King James Version
24 He who spares his rod hates his son,
But he who loves him disciplines him [a]promptly.

It must be a law at their country not to talk about verses like that. I am One that is in risk of Jail for slaping my son in his Butt when He needs. I am challenging Denmark with God’s Word in this. Let’s see which law Will prevail. Who is the real God to follow

The lesson of this video is that "discipline" means "teach obedience to god." Really? Obedience to a figure who is " the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.”

Somebody should right on a hat the word "Discipline" and throw it in the middle of these guys so they can dance around it. The question here was "How" and these guys never once answered the question. They avoided the rod at every turn. Gentlemen, the Bible is very specific about discipline, and "HOW" to do it.- This crew simply is not faithful to scripture.

Bunch of Christian’s saying all the right things but literally no practical advice. How do you know what age to start spanking? What methods? What tools? Is there a part 2 to this???
