Hey, it's Raman from Kwebby. In this quick video, I'm going to show you how to know when your emails are opened so that you can follow up accordingly.

Mailtrack is a free tool that lets you know when your emails have been opened, and it's really simple to use. Just install the extension for Chrome or Firefox, and when you send an email, a small double checkmark will appear next to it letting you know that the email has been tracked.

If you want to see who's opening your emails and when, just log in to your Mailtrack account and click on the "Email Opened" tab. There you'll see a list of all of the people who have opened your email, as well as the date and time that they did so.
