Oh my dayz 😳, you’ve just listed the reasons why the coding boot camp I’m 75% through is and has been like a baptism of fire, I’m soooo dejected, traumatised 😩 and frustrated with this learning experience that I thank God that it’s not my first exposure to learning because if it was I would never attempt to learn anything new again ☹️, the pace has been traumatic and the expectations unrealistic (assuming that you’re not prepared to plagiarise or copy code that you don’t understand ☹️). I do want to learn & be a proficient coder but the way I’ve been taught does not work with my learning style. Thanks for confirming that I’m not going mad nor am I stupid in what I have been saying to myself from week 3 of a 24 week boot camp. If I knew then what I know now I would NEVER have taken this route

Hi Mark, I watched your video and I love to code but I suck at CSS, and I am not good at it. I think I would better at back-end development or mobile development. Should I continue web development or face my fears and just focus on back end or mobile development to find a job? I am learning JavaScript and I live in New York City so those are two factors in my favor plus I really enjoy coding, but I am deep down not a fan of web development because of CSS and because I don't think I have an eye for style and color when designing a web page, I tried and failed. But I know I am good with learning quickly to code and I even made a budget calculator for both JavaScript and Python. What is your advice? Can someone with no college get a junior level entry position as a back end? or maybe a junior mobile developer job? What would you recommend?
