100g unsalted butter

dry mix
cake flour 160g
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp


cream
240ml whipping cream
1/2 cup milk powder
2tbsp sugar


ganache
100ml whipping cream
1tbsp condensed milk
semi sweet chocolate 70g
1/2 cup milk powder
