Yes yes yes!!!! I came upon this video and thought to try this. Fast forward to me de-scaling my Keurig and using a toothbrush dipped in the hot vinegar (with a baking soda paste that I had applied to my wall and let sit for 5 mins). Worked great! I'm so glad because nobody had any great ideas. Most said Mr Clean eraser or Awesome or Dawn dish soap. I tried it ALL. Nothing worked until I came across this video. Thanks so much!

This works very well, and is very easy to do. I only used the hot water, distilled white vinegar and baking soda. Note that vinegar is sticky. After cleaning the walls, it's important to wipe them down with a clean cloth squeezed out in cool water. On certain color walls, you will be able to see residue from the cleaning solution before wiping it off.

An even better way to remove old waxy kitchen grease from walls and cupboard tops is Sodium carbonate, otherwise known as soda crystals or washing soda.
Honestly, this just cuts through even the oldest, hardest, waxiest grease deposits like a hot knife through butter.
And you don't need to scrub with a brush.
The softest cotton cloth will just cut through that hardened grease with just a single wipe or two.
I was quite frankly *_amazed_* at its effectiveness.
You can get this stuff in any supermarket, and it's very cheap.
It really does work like a miracle.
You should at least try it.
