While this does resize the composition, it doesn't seem to upscale the resolution of text and shapes. Text and shapes are now pixelated... Which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

I need help with that transition you made at the very end, the way you shrank the screen without actually shrinking what’s in the screen. I can’t figure it out I’ve been looking for a tutorial for days and can’t seem to find one. Please tell me what tool you used to achieve that I would be eternally grateful
