I'm listening to this with my headphones in the cold at the top of a building at 5am and it has never sounded so beautiful and I think this is what their songs were made for

This song reminds me of that scene in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower, " when they're all in the truck in the middle of the night, just driving. I love this band and this is such an amazing song.

i know it sounds cliche but this song makes me feel so free and careless like when you ride a car, open the windows up and scream your lungs out dry around the city at midnight, hanging out with great people.

I want to listen to this while driving at night with the windows down with the love of my life and my dog, rocking out with them, especially in cold weather: that is my definition of happiness

When I start hearing the guitar in the background, that's the part that made me fall in love with this song

This gives me flash backs of the person I thought I loved, it makes me remember that I actually didn't.

This song reminds me of the end of an indie romance or something where the characters have a flashback of being at a fun fair at night or dancing or something having a special moment, but then realizing that they are sitting in their bedroom sad looking at the shared moments of their love together realizing what they've lost.. Omg this is a perfect storyline and is now copyright

If my life were a movie, this would be the song at the end credits while my greatest moments are playing.

Guys, you need to listen to this song with headphones on. They have split the instrumental between the left and the right ear (if that makes sense) which has the effect of me feeling infinite, floating on clouds with 0 cares in the whole fucking world.

My fav line from from this song is when he says "Do you wanna dance in the bar at the back of the hall?"
there is something so masculine, sexual, and romantic all at the same time in that line. I always come back to this song when i am lonely, the song sounds so personal even though i cant relate to the experience he sings about.

if i directed a movie, this song would be at the end when everything turns out right and the two main characters go on a roadtrip with this song blaring through the car and they're madly in love. Amen

I've been listening to this song for just over two years and I still can't explain how this makes me feel. It makes me want to cry, it makes me want to smile, it gives me adrenaline, it gives me both sadness and happiness. Can anyone relate?

The way Matt says "Do you wanna dance?" really really gets to me
It is so beautiful and stately...

All of these comments are making me cry of happiness. This is a song to make you feel free and careless. This is a song to listen to on the highway in the middle of the night. This is a tunnel song and I love it.

so it was new year's and i was on the car with my mom and we were on our way to the party and it was 11:57 or so and this song started playing and i was super excited and i started singing and then it was already new year so i hugged my mom and in the background all i could hear was "do you wanna dance, do you wanna dance" and i was very happy, cause my mom and i, we don't have the best relationship but when that song was on i felt like everything was okay, just for a second. and im so thankful for the1975, i love youu all.

I want to say a special thank you to the 1975 for making this song. I don't know why but whenever I'm crying or I'm upset, this song just drags me out of it. words cannot even express how much I love this song and how much I love this band, it's pretty unbelievable.
