Rakhigarhi DNA was a botched up research. There is no way how all but one of the 150 human DNAs could get contaminated! With the modern extraction techniques, the DNA from teeth and the Petrous part of the temporal bone can be extracted without leaving any chance to contamination. And why the results were held for so many years in a secrecy? And finally the results of only one DNA was released and that too without its mitochondrial DNA! During the same period one of the lead workers Dr Rai was given a Fellowship at Harvard.
