I love how shrooms are made out to be this scary evil thing, when in reality they are harmless and helpful if used correctly.

Actually, when a tub is fully colonized with mycelium, they are not very susceptible to contamination at all.

You need a sterile (as much as possible) environment when when you're in innoculating agar or grains.

When I was a teenager there was a field in my town where we could pick cubensis all summer and I guess because the generation before us knew to thump them, you could literally fill a garbage bag on a summer day without covering 1/4 of the 6 acre field. It was INSANE. now that wonderful field is a subdivision. It was on a road called Mills drive in covington ga. The local news came out and reported on it when 30 of us (my friends, not me) got busted there in a month. The story can probably be found online. They were growing in the wild just fine is my point but I guess humans were involved because we picked them by the thousands every year.

God damn it vice just upload the full show already! I'm not going to buy cable just to watch one of the only good Viceland shows. You might as well get my ad revenue on YT because I'm going to watch this shit elsewhere and I'm sure I am not alone. It'd be in the best interest of your business to collect as much ad revenue as possible but instead you leave money on the table by letting websites other than yours bootleg these episodes and run their own ads instead. I get that you DCMA a lot of your shows but you'll never get them all, I mean this is the internet after all. I'm a fan of HAMILTON'S PHARMACOPEIA and have been since the beginning when they were free and in three parts. With that said i would love to contribute whatever I can monetarily but where I draw the line is paying for a TV package, Just to watch the only good shows (Dead set on Life & HAMILTON'S PHARMACOPEIA) on your network. Get your shit together Vice.

I love that the mushroom grower guy wears a Residents style eyeball mask. Skinny was born in a bathtub and grew so incredibly thin that even the end of an eyedropper sucked him in. Long Live the Residents.
