Greg, you are such a gentleman - for your replies to some of the comments.  I want to thank you for taking the time to record the video and share it with folks, and also I thank you for your humble, honest, and calm manner for your responses to the online comments.  To all who had watched the video - I wish all can enjoy the clip.  Making and drinking coffee should make us happy, not bitter.

Greg, Most of the actions you take in the process of making your coffee, are wrong. I hope you know how to use the machine properly by now, but before releasing a video about how to use, maybe watch a proper video about - how to use. This Machine is Fantastic! You don’t need earplugs, differed Mugs, keep holding the handle or any other complicated things. I make coffee at home every day, the noises don’t even wake up my wife (even though she wakes up from every small thing).
The built quality is great, great and smart materials. The plastic parts, should be plastic and have that elasticity to allow everything work and fit properly.

when tamping you need 20 to 30 lbs pressure. make sure  the tamp is absolutely flat …. spin your tamper towards the end so that it loosens coffee from the  tamper.  16 grams of coffee should the average placed in your filter basket
