Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This is a wrist-free hands-free yoga flow class for balance and focus. We strengthen our lower body with standing and balancing poses. NO downward dog, plank, or chaturanga in this flowing practice. We start and end in mountain pose. The whole practice is a little under 17 minutes and we flow continuously once we start. Yogis! A lot of you request for more wrist-free and hands-free yoga videos. Here's another one! This is a short (a little over 15 minutes) standing practice where we focus on strengthening our lower body and improving balance. It was a lot of fun playing with the poses but also a lot of work! Wow! Loved this one that I did it 2x’s bc it was too quick for me. I was sweating w the 1st round….the 2nd there was a pool by my was perfectLY CHALLENGING and yet wrist free. Thank u!

Excellent class! I got diagnosed with Dequervain's in my left wrist and have been struggling to find challenging yoga classes to do that are hands-/wrist-free. Thank you!

Thank you for this!! I had a little ouch on my wrists and the thought of holding myself in plank etc. was painful, but I still wanted to do some yoga.
