We all have endured trauma, but do you have what it takes to survive? Survival doesn’t happen by accident; you have to be intentional about moving forward. Nothing hurts like being rejected by our own, but even Jesus came to this world and was abandoned by the people who proclaimed they loved Him. No matter what has happened to you, don’t let the pain of rejection and abandonment get to your heart. Do whatever is necessary to get it out! Even though the trauma may not be your fault, it is your responsibility to heal.

My exact testimony. I often felt that there was a sign attached to me that said:" born to be rejected". It WAS the story of my life. But, those who rejected me didn't factor God into the equation. He has used all the pain of rejection, abandonment, shame, guilt, codependency, isolation, and identity crisis to bring me into the wilderness with Him. Now he's speaking comfortably to me and I am rising from the ashes of brokenness. Praise God. Thank you for this message.
