After doing everythig with the commands, the leeco logo comes with recovery under it, but then it just shows this and doesn't open twrp. Why?

When i enter adb reboot bootloader then phone goes to fast boot mode but when i type oem unlock go then adb says no device deceted what should i do? Plz ans fast
