I do feel this is a bit of false information. Not every single phone out there has an official TWRP recovery build. The only ones that get official builds are the ones that people actually know about and buy. You're not going to get a TCL LX custom recovery, let alone a custom ROM.

My cmd detects adb devices. It alsoa ccepts the adb reboot bootloader command. But when I type fastboot devices, nothing shows up.
