Kill pill - pillock ate the medicine, amd got bumps all over him
Piranha plunge - Dippy's feet got eaten by the piranhas, killing him
Electro-cute - Dummkopf's mouth rotated and he got electrocuted before he turn into skeleton
Wire fire - Dimwit and the basement catches fire, goes down in flames, before he turns black just like in the song.
