Yeah what happened to him was wrong, but this is just greed now. How can you sue a hotel because the manager simply asked for something he didn't have? Did he touch the kid? Prevent him from leaving? I don't think he did. The girl should be sued, but she doesn't have the funds to satisfy a settlement, so the lawyer went after the hotel too.
