Butter garlic broccoli | Tender crisp broccoli
Ingredients:
1 head of Broccoli
butter - 1 to 2 tbs (or oil)
garlic - 2-3 cloves
salt : 1-2 pinches

Tips:
Use a heavy bottomed pan
Covering with a lid makes it soggy
Sprinkle water if pan looks too dry.Usually moisture from washing is enough.

Cut stem into big chunks and use in veg pulao, veg biriyani OR rice them in food processor and make fried rice.
