i seen this effect with water a while ago and was wondering if Mercury would behave the same. Im personally thinking if someone has access to a cn mill they can create sections of donut that can be welded together after. however the sections need to be milled with those ridges in such a way to not just get it to spin in circles but tumble towards the center as a vortex would. Then id try filling it with mercury and put it inside one of the zero point magnetic fields and crank up the power. and fine tune the electricity frequency input and see if anything happens.. Im thinking the effect could get the motion and keep it in that motion while the magnetic fields could speed it up.

Iv also thought about this heavily and wondered about how to make mercury rotate and get that property... I thought perhaps super cooling the mercury but i never knew heating made a similar motorlike effect... This is fantastic... Mercury also melds to gold and silver... They dissolve in eachother.... This is how the man made ufos / uaps actually fly.... im being serious too. The middle of the disk is the haul where the pilot is.. they sit on gyroscope, the disk itself is where the Mercury actually is housed.
