YouTube Video Upload stuck at 0% - Windows Solution

Quick review of the issue I was experiencing when attempting to upload a video, though the process is stuck on either 0%, 2% or perhaps 4%. Upload speeds was the issue

It's so weird. I've uploaded 500 videos over the years, without having any problem, but since last week it got stuck on 0 %. With the same PC, with the same browser. And I have an excellent upload speed according to a speed test. Uploaded it with the other Windows PC from the PC with the problem in the same network, and I had no problem.

You are a godsend, this issue happened to me and i tried EVERYTHING, resetting my router, making adjustments to the file size and type. letting it try to upload for a while day and nothing worked. this finally got me to upload the video. THANK YOU!

when i looked in the properties section for the thing you disabled, i didn't have that on mine. most likely because i'm on a wireless internet adapter, and not ethernet. thank you for solving others' problems though.

I have good internet speed and I still have this issue. This is weird because I never had this problem before even uploaded an hour video on a 300 meg plan

Nope, upload speeds are the same for me 100mbps and over (my ISP is generous) It changed a couple of weeks ago. Just all of a sudden stopped uploading. It's fine on other websites. It's only YouTube that has an issue.

I cannot edit my channel, upload new videos, or edit my current videos on my PC. I can only do it via my phone, and both my PC and phone have the same internet connection. I tried the Clear Browsing Data option and it was a temporary solution.

I am facing this problem on my mobile.. (i was easily able to do a upload from my computer but not through my mobile).. everything is good on my mobile.. i tried restarting or resetting and deleting apps and all the basic stuff

I kinda need a bit of help, though mine is the opposite, Im new to making YouTube videos, but my pc is too fast, where the point I can't upload a video, I'm not sure if you can help me or not, but I kinda need help, if ya can't help me then it's okay, plus it would freeze my time on my upload, and "save it as draft", idk what to do
