FIX Uploading Error 😡 Youtube Video Stuck at 95% Processing!!!

My video was stuck at the 95% processing while uploading to youtube. It was stuck like this (95% processing) for 4 hours 😡!! So I reuploaded the same video and this time, it was uploaded and processed completely in minutes 😂.

*Upload the same video while the other is still processing, when one gets done processing first, delete the other that is stuck.

*my video file size was under 100 MB. If you have large videos, it will take long for processing. But if it's too long, it may be stuck.

It's July 2020. Had the same problem. Here's what I did:
Closed the tab.
Closed my Chrome browser.
Restarted my router (only because my son wanted to game on his PC and I think my upload was hogging bandwidth)
Went back to YouTube studio
The video showed "upload interrupted" and it asked if I wanted to resume.
I selected the video file that I was using and it picked back up at 98% and finished the upload in less than the time it took to watch this video.

That just happened to me a day ago. Had to delete and reupload. One thing to know is if the video is in a playlist (which all of mine are) you need to delete from that playlist as well. If you don't, then the playlist gets hung up and the list stops playing at the point it encounters the deleted video. Thanks for this info 👍

I tried to re-upload for three times but still struck at 95% Processed

There is NO option in the processing box for cancelling processing OR deleting, meaning that I will likely NOT be able to upload anything else. This is a 3-minute video. This could just stop me from posting, period, because you can't post anything else during processing if one is "stuck". Also, why is everyone using YouTube Classic?? This is just about gone now and you have to jump through hoops and fill in a questionnaire just to get to it! (Please note, the COPPA restrictions are now being applied WAAAY ahead of deadline. Could this be doing it. If I could just delete now I would, but I am completely stuck with no options and can`t get out of it at all. This could get serious.)

My video is 23 minutes long in 1080P and its been 13 hours and my video upload time keeps fluctuating from 75% uploaded to 61% uploaded. However my internet upload speeds are 23Mbps and i cant do anything about that. Download is over 400Mbps with Spectrum. Max upload speeds i can get is about 45Mbps with a upgrade to the 940Mbps service from Spectrum which is not alot for me to pay per month but the $200.00 non refundable fee just to switch over to a Business connection is what is stopping me from upgrading to my max data network speeds possible. For some reason my upload time is worse in 1080P then it is when i do 4k lol

I can`t upload anything else BECAUSE this one is stuck. Period. This is a new system driven by the new COPPA rules, which make you go through several screens before uploading. I want to get rid of this!

I had already unplugged the ethernet cable...this was not helpful...title it "refresh the page to fix the problem"
