how to fix your youtube video upload stuck at 97% processing

Well yesterday, I had a huge problem since my video got stuck at 97% and I couldn't publish it. I found the solution:
if your video is not uploading, you need to open a second page, and reupload the same video, make sure that you use the exact same file. As you upload the same video on the second page, you will notice that on the first page the video is starting to upload again. If for any strange reason the video should stop uploading again here is what you need to do :
refresh the second page, and reload the video again, you will see that the video will automatically start uploading again from where you left it. So if you were at 50% the video will normally continue to upload.
