My dad graduated from the Air Force academy in 1989 and is currently a captain at fedex. As of right now I am 100% planning on going to the Air Force academy. He’s taken me by tiger twice before, and continues to encourage me each day.

Your GPA to get into the Airforce Academy has to be high. I think it is a minimum of a 3.87 GPA. My cousin went to AFA after completion he when on to become a B-52 pilot, after that a U-2 pilot. Now he flys for United as a second officer mostly doing international flights.

I am a junior in high school and I have always worried about joining the Air Force. I am now working on my civilian private pilots license and flying fighter jets seems extremely fun and I am a pretty bright kid with a 4.1 average GPA so far throughout my high school career.
