I've been a line cook for 40 yrs i can make a 10 sec omelet 😁 egg an cheese Julia was amazing i grew up watching and learning from her

She learned this technique while she was in France and was co-authoring Mastering the Art of French Cooking. It was taught to her and her co-authors by a retired chef. She'd learned the "stirred" technique but was enchanted when she saw this one demonstrated.
