LEMON SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 lemons
• Half a cucumber
• A handful of spinach
• 1/2 cup probiotic coconut yogurt
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder or 1 tsp fresh
of black pepper
• 1 cup of ice
Juice the lemons into a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until liquid, add ice and blend some more. Serve and drink immediately.
For a Snack, Tracy recommends dark chocolate or a GoMacro Bar.
And remember to drink plenty of water
