36 years of age. Imagine it. Consider the likes of USA's ubiquitous wrestling icon Dan Gable, who by 25 had virtually entered into centenarianism with hips literally popping out of socket left and right, so stiff and shot (but still capable of knuckling the occasional pot-shooter in his own right) that it was a foregone conclusion that Munich would be his only time under the five rings. Both men are wrestling royalty, but man, it is unreal to think Jordan Burroughs still moves like that. Gable was practically hoverround-bound at 36.

JB is 36 and still handling business, USA wrestling fans need to stop hating on JB, he's one of a few that can still medal on the world stage.. Once he retires. No one will fill his shoes.... And if I remember Japan Kicked ass in France 2024 Olympics, and Russia didn't even complete... JB is the goat no mater what anyone

Like him or not, everyone's watching to see how the final chapter plays out for JB. I hope to see him on the pedestal, but if not, still proud of him. Guy's an inspiration to so many. NJ here rooting for JB.

Love Jordan but I feel that he has never adapted his style to compensate for his older age. First thing that goes is your explosiveness, and his whole style and olympic 2012 gold medal was based on that. My personal opinion is that if he wants to continue to have success at the highest of levels(his 36 yr body is still better than many in their peak mid 20's) he needs to close the distance and work from close ties or underhooks to create offense that does not require the same kind of explosiveness as his doubles.
