Story: (The following events take place during Sonic 3) Sonic, in his way to stop the Doctor, after being launched from a cannon in Carnival Night Zone, he reaches to Ice Cap Zone, where, while surfing in the snow, he loses control and trips, getting himself injured with rocks and trees over the snow, losing all his rings, Sonic ends up buried in the snow, with no way to escape. Meanwhile, time progressed slowly, until the timer reached its maximum point, which would cause Sonic to die and restart from the beginning of the zone, but that never happened. However, something happened with the cartridge, the console began to fail causing the game to bug, making the time never run out. At the moment of the bug, Sonic felt as if his body was empty, he witnessed how everything around him was distorted, and now, he was trapped, without the possibility of getting out or dying, trapped forever, he screamed as much as he could, but no one could hear him, remaining buried in the snow, until today.

Historia: (Los siguientes eventos toman lugar durante Sonic 3) Sonic, en su camino para parar al Doctor, después de haber sido lanzado de un cañón en Carnival Night Zone, llega hasta Ice Cap Zone, donde mientras surfeaba por la nieve, pierde el equilibro y tropieza, haciéndose daño con piedras y árboles en la nieve, perdiendo todos sus rings, Sonic termina enterrado en la nieve, sin posibilidad de escapar, mientras tanto, el tiempo avanzaba lentamente, hasta que el temporizador alcanzó su punto máximo, lo cual haría que Sonic muriera y volviera a iniciar desde el comienzo de la zona, pero eso jamás paso, en cambio, algo pasó con el cartucho, la consola empezó a fallar causando que el juego se bugueara haciendo que el tiempo no se acabara nunca. Al momento del bug, Sonic sintió como si su cuerpo estuviera vacío, presencio como todo se distorsionaba a su alrededor, y ahora, si que estaba atrapado, sin posibilidad de salir ni morir, atrapado por siempre, gritó todo lo que pudo, pero nadie pudo escucharlo, quedando enterrado en la nieve, hasta el día de hoy.
