Pandan Chiffon Cake
Yield: 1 cake

Prepare the cake batter

- 5 pcs egg yolks
- 30 g caster sugar
- 40 ml vegetable oil
- ½ tsp pandan paste
- 70 ml coconut milk
- 90 g cake flour (sifted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

Egg whites

- 5 pcs egg whites
- 70 g caster sugar
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar

Bake the biscuits in the preheat the oven at 160℃ / 325 ℉ for 40 - 45 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
