I have followed you for 6+ yrs now. I've lost 217 lbs now following some of your advice. Solid source of great information. However, I am more ketovore now after 8 months of solid carnivore wol. Im walking again after 5 yrs of not being able to without assistance. ❤

I followed a WW diet regime for years, ate what I thought was a “healthy breakfast bar “ that I made with oatmeal, bananas, fresh blueberries, almond milk, ate salads, fresh vegetables, whole grain pasta or brown rice, quinoa, low fat everything and lost nothing, gained weight every year during menopause while working as an ER RN. Fast forward to a PHD, OMAD, sometimes 2MAD, retirement, better sleep schedule, walking 3 miles per day and I lost over 40 pounds in 1 year. Started with Keto and now Carnivore/ Ketovore spectrum at age 70 years. I feel amazing, have more energy and went down 4 pant sizes!! Low carb lifestyle rocks! BBBE for me and my husband.

I love French fries, mashed potatoes. EVERYTHING bread, pizza, pasta -for days-. I like beer. I like fruit juice. I like grits. I like cake, I like candy. There simply is not much that is loaded with carbohydrates that I do not like. I do not like going blind, going to the doctor, taking massive amounts of medicine, watching my health degrade, my brain get sick, my mental abilities slip away and eventually being in a home for a short time in agony before I die. So, carbohydrates, it's been nice, but we have to part ways. Keto and then Carnivore, here I come.

Read Ben Binkman's book, Why We Get Sick, and you'll see the many other issues with chronically elevated insulin... cancer, low T, high blood pressure, diabeetus, etc.

I needed to see this today. I have followed your channel for years and was keto/carnivore for 3 years and felt my best .. got off of it a year ago and my energy has plummeted since, workouts aren’t good anymore, tired even on 7 hours sleep.. thank you for this ! Getting back on track

We could have eaten these foods like this back in the day but not today. The food has been altered and tampered with so much it’s not even nutritious

Thats the diet i was taught.. i finally topped out at 267, 2 years ago, IR, A1C at 6.2.
Im back down to 232 with 30 lbs to go, not having the symptoms anymore. I can eat a treat once in awhile now without feeling physically horrible after.

I've been doing keto for 2 years. No more pre diabetes, no more obesity. Oh, and My Wife says the ol soldier stands to attention much better. Happy Wife, happy Husband. 😊
