I think court should change mindset, sharing expenses is duty of both. One judgement, matter over, because, one can make any story, even if written, then coercion etc.. Other way, one will still say, i was running home.

Well just giving money shouldn't be part of dowry if husband shows expenses done for wife. One should file a compliant of harassment for money then it becomes dowry.

My wife's rat like father forcibly tried to give me money as gift which I refused flatly. Wife waited 6 yrs till I bought home in my mother's name. She filed a false domestic violence aimed at divorce but got shock of their life knowing that house is entirely in mother's name😂. Never buy any property especially after marriage. If you want to purchase before marriage(put on rent) and keep wife in rented accomodation (getting rent from own property) till your child reaches 10-15. Anyone going for any other arrangement will fall into trap of gold diggers.15 years is minimum time you need to ascertain whether you are into true or fake relationship. Signs will start from 5-6 years onwards don't ignore them at all
