Executing these commands will keep your programs and packages up to date. Update downloads the package lists for repositories. This is how your Pi knows where to install software from. Upgrade actually downloads the up-to-date packages.

The Australian dudes nail the instructional videos, they don’t put any stupid music ( if I wanted to listen to some stupid rock music I would just search for music) and the instructions along with the dialect are very clear with out hmmm hmmm or “like” thanks Ausi dudes.

Every time I install packages or libraries should I update&upgrade OS or every month is enough ?

sudo apt update
you can use 'apt' instead of 'apt-get'

When I try the update it says I need to manually run sudo dpkg - -configure -a
