Executing these commands will keep your programs and packages up to date. Update downloads the package lists for repositories. This is how your Pi knows where to install software from. Upgrade actually downloads the up-to-date packages.

After update/upgrade/reboot, OS is not started

you can use 'apt' instead of 'apt-get'

When I try to use sudo I get an error that the command is not found, what should I do?

When I try the update it says I need to manually run sudo dpkg - -configure -a
