1 step is to put jump on mousewheel up or mousewheel down
2 step is to have 100 fps, If you have higher then it's going to be harder and slower to bunny hop
3 step is to not "W" while bhoping.

if you have more fps than 100 fps then just go to console and type fps_max 100

Actually lowering your fps is good for bhopping but not for sgs ( for ppl who hopped in the comments to make sure he is not capping )

that's not the best way to do it, i play this game since 2006 and here is a secret command that will make your bhoping 100% succesfull and you will never miss a single bhop:
bind mwheelup "+jump ;wait"

Yes becuse i you dont let go of w then your character will not jump and slow down so press a and d

145fps is same as 100 u just need good timing that's all
