I’m Selling My House (Full House Tour)

I’m listing my home! In my last video you saw me debate the pros and cons of selling your home in this market. Well, surprise! I’m on the home-sellers train! With my dream house almost completed, and the way the market is right now, it can’t be better timing for me to pull the trigger and list my families home. It has truly been a home with many fond memories with my family and friends, but with preparations in for my new place, it really is important to list it now.

This home is located in the beautiful Founders Pointe Subdivision! With an iconic view, this is the perfect place to have a family, host social gatherings, or get away after a long day at work. The open floor plan includes a luxurious kitchen, master suite accompanied with a large master bathroom and walk-in closet, large spacious bedrooms upstairs as well as downstairs, large family room for entertaining with surround sound and kitchenette, oversized 3 car garage with epoxy flooring and water faucet access. I’m so jealous you can have that much space and beautiful house for 900k. My primary home in Boston is worth $1.3 million and it’s 900 square feet with no parking, no AC, no outdoor space.
