Hello brother. I also have the same problem. I have unplugall the peripherals on the laptop. I tried to turn on and off as per your instruction but my laptop doesn't want to proceed to the next step. When I press F8 and F10 the screen blinks and remains on the the blue error screen.

I also have the Bootable flash drive when I plug it in nothing happens. What could I be doing wrong or is my case different from what you have just presented?.
