in theory, you can disable, then remove the wlms, services that control windows shutdown, due to non activation or expired activation.
will it work, looks like, however i didnt keep it installed running for over 90 days, and i just tested things by doing the date and time trick in the clock . seems like it didnt shutdown from non activation, however theres more questions like without activation would it still receive long term system security updates. that i dont know.

This is not an official release it clearly states evaluation and is enterprise / bulk licensing - you cant activate it of buy a single license
